Let it gooooo…let it goooo…who would’ve thought that a kids’ movie like Disney’s Frozen could ever lend you some grownup advice?

Listen. One thing I’ve been working on, and I hope you are too…is letting it go. Don’t let your past hold you in bondage. Break free from whatever it is that you think is holding you back.

Troubles at your job, troubles in your marriage, in your friendships, with your weight, with your business…let it go. Don’t spend another minute WORRYING. Now, I’m not saying not to take action, but what I am saying is, don’t overwhelm your brain with thoughts!

A cluttered mind doesn’t make good decisions. And worrying doesn’t solve a thing. When I catch myself overthinking something, I’ve gotten into the habit of stopping myself, exhaling, and letting go. Somebody said something to piss you off? So what? You don’t need to fight every battle. Let. It. Go.

Don’t underestimate the power of meditation. It can really take you places! It’s always mind over matter. When you wake up in the morning, make sure your mind is clear, and ready to take on the world!
